During the initial building process, our team will help you select a home and floor plan that fits your needs. Once you’ve selected your preferred home, architectural style and specific lot where you would like to build, we will work together to make exterior selections and personalize your home prior to ground breaking.
During this stage, we break ground on your lot and pour your foundation. A firm foundation is critical to building a quality home. Once the foundation is poured, we will frame your house, install doors and windows and lay the groundwork for all of your HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Next, we will apply the exterior building materials and install the roof.
During this milestone, drywall and texture will be installed. Once this is complete, we will begin the installation of cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile and carpet.
During this stage, we install all appliances, plumbing and lighting fixtures, as well as the door and cabinet hardware you selected. We pour all flatwork surfaces, lay the irrigation system and install the landscaping. As the process nears completion, we finalize all painting and staining inside the house. Once your home construction is complete it’s time to move into your Tradition Home!
