Tradition Homes takes land positions in 4 North Texas residential communities
Tradition Homes, a new homebuilder with veteran experience in the North Texas market, has land positions in four masterplanned communities and 200 lots under contract as the company ramps up to start sales next month.
In late November, McKinney-based Tradition will start selling homes in the 1,070-acre Light Farms community along the Celina-Prosper border, Zach Schneider, president and CEO of the company, said in an interview with the Dallas Business Journal. The company will open for business in Creekside at Colleyville in northeast Tarrant County in February 2020 he said.
"We can't wait to have our model home open in Light Farms later this year," Schneider said. "We will have our first two model homes open in the next few months."
